1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) define the rights and obligations between:
Rapidegoodies, a simplified joint stock company (SAS) whose registered office is located at 28, rue Notre-dame des Victoires, 75002 Paris, registered with the PARIS Trade and Companies Register under number RCS PARIS 992 929 89 hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”,
and
Any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website www.rapidegoodies.com, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”.
2. Products
The Seller offers the design and sale of customized and tailor-made products (goodies, promotional items, textiles, etc.).
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the website. Photos and visuals are not contractually binding. Products can also be purchased without customization.
3. Orders
The Customer selects the product, provides the customization elements (texts, images, logos) and confirms the order.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order that is non-compliant, illegal or infringes the rights of third parties (e.g. protected logos without authorization).
Validation of an order constitutes full and complete acceptance of these GTCS.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT incl.), excluding delivery charges.
Payment is due upon order confirmation.
Accepted methods of payment are: BANK CARD, PAYPAL, BANK TRANSFER.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time the order is placed.
5. Production and lead times
The production time is indicated when the order is placed and may vary depending on the quantity and complexity of the customization.
In the event of a delay beyond its control (stock shortage, carrier issues, force majeure), the Seller will inform the Customer.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order.
Delivery costs and lead times are specified before order confirmation.
The Seller cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier or to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the Customer.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized goods or goods made to measure.
Therefore, any validated and customized order is firm and final and cannot give rise to a refund or exchange, except in the event of a defect attributable to the Seller.
8. Statutory warranties
The Seller remains bound by the statutory warranties:
Legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).
Warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
9. Liability
The Seller cannot be held liable for files, images, logos or texts provided by the Customer for product customization. The Customer warrants that they hold all necessary rights for their use.
The Seller cannot be held liable for misuse of the product or for normal wear and tear.
10. Personal data
The personal data collected are necessary for processing the order.
In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, object to and delete their data by contacting contact(at)rapidegoodies.com.

11. Intellectual property
The creations, designs and content of the website remain the exclusive property of the Seller.
Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These GTCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Paris.
