Sublimation

Sublimation: Textile Marking by Gaseous Transfer

What is sublimation?

Sublimation transforms solid ink into gas under heat effect for permanent integration into textile fibers. This revolutionary technique achieves durable photographic prints on white polyester supports. The design literally crosses through the surface to become an integral part of the material.

Thermal transformation process

Our sublimation method uses state-change science:

• Specialized printing on high-temperature transfer paper

• Precise positioning of transfer on white item

• Heat activation: heat + pressure trigger sublimation

• Gaseous passage: ink crosses fibers in depth

• Crystallization: cooling permanently fixes colors

Technical constraints

• Base color: Exclusively white or very light supports

• Composition: Minimum 65% polyester for optimal result

Temperature: High heat process (180-200°C)

• Durability: Permanent integration, excellent UV resistance

Sublimation strengths
